Eligibility

The Sunshine Coast Children's Centre specialises in early intervention services for children with moderate to severe disability. 

The Centre is funded to provide a centre based therapy and family support service for children with moderate to severe disability and high support needs who are registered with Disability Services.

• Service is for children from 0-10yrs in the Sunshine Coast (with priority given to under 8 years).
• Service is for children from 0-8 years in the Gympie Local Government Region with a primary physical disability and high support needs.

Children must require 2 or more therapies and must not have the primary diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Disorder.

All referrals are from Disability Services Sunshine Coast office. To make a referral for the centre services please contact Disability Services Maroochydore on (07) 5352 7200 and ask to speak to an Intake Officer for Therapy Services for youtr child. This phone call needs to be made by the parents of the child.

All referrals are reviewed by the Centre's Intake Team to assess eligibility.
